Abstract

Juvenile xanthogranuloma is a frequent childhood tumor and the only common non-Langerhans' cell histiocytosis. We present an unusual case of juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG) of clitoral connective tissue in a 6-week-old girl.

Zusammenfassung

Das juvenile Xanthogranulom ist ein gängiger Tumor im Kindesalter und die häufigste Form der Nicht-Langerhanszell-Histiozytose. Wir berichten von einem untypischen Fall eines juvenilen Xanthogranuloms (JXG) des periklitoralen Bindegewebes bei einem 6 Wochen alten weiblichen Säugling.
