Zusammenfassung
Die klinische Symptomatik einer Lungenembolie in der Schwangerschaft ist oft wenig spezifisch. Die Verdachtsdiagnose sollte durch ein bildgebendes Verfahren, z. B. Kontrast-Spiral-Computertomographie abgeklärt werden. Dargestellt wird der Fall einer bislang asymptomatischen heterozygoten Faktor-V-Leiden-Mutationsträgerin, die in der 40. Schwangerschaftswoche eine Lungenembolie erlitt. Unter peripartaler Heparinisierung wurde die Patientin spontan entbunden.
Abstract
Clinical symptoms of pulmonary embolism in pregnancy are not specific. In most cases diagnostic tools like contrast-spiral computertomography are necessary. We report on a pregnant woman presenting with lung embolism near term and an asymptomatic factor V Leiden mutation. Spontaneous delivery with peripartal treatment with heparin was achieved.
