Einleitung
Die Kombination von Regional- oder Lokalanästhesie mit einer Vollnarkose hat in der Kinderanästhesie eine lange Tradition. Besonders unter den Bedingungen ambulanter Anästhesien können sie neben einer Optimierung der intra- und postoperativen Analgesiequalität zu einer Verbesserung der Abläufe führen, da andere Narkotika eingespart und sowohl Aufwachzeit als auch Verweildauer im Aufwachraum verkürzt werden können.
Im Folgenden werden 2 typische Beispiele exemplarisch vorgestellt.
