Zusammenfassung

Die Autoren berichten über eine bilaterale Raumforderung des Naseneingangs mit seit sechs Jahren progredienter Nasenatmungsbehinderung. Nach mikrochirurgischer transnasaler Exstirpation ergab sich aus der Synopsis der klinischen und histologischen Befunde die Diagnose einer bilateralen Nasolabialzyste.

Abstract

The authors report a case of a bilateral tumor of the nasal vestibule with a six-year history of progressive impairment of nasal breathing. After microsurgical transnasal excision, the finding was diagnosed as bilateral nasolabial cyst.
