Optimierung des homöopathischen Behandlungskonzepts bei Kindern mit ADS/ADHS

Zusammenfassung

Die rigorose Prüfung, der die Homöopathie in der Berner ADS/ADHS-Doppelblindstudie unterworfen wurde, machte eine Optimierung des Behandlungskonzepts nötig, damit dieses auch höchsten Anforderungen zu genügen vermochte. Diese erfolgte in drei Schritten:

1. Identifikation unzuverlässiger Symptome mithilfe eines Fragebogens und Ausschluss derselben von der Repertorisation.

2. Einführung der Polaritätsanalyse, welche erlaubt mit relativ wenigen, aber spezifischen Symptomen dasjenige Arzneimittel zu bestimmen, dessen Genius am ehesten der charakteristischen Symptomatik des Patienten entspricht.

3. Einschluss der primären Wahrnehmungssymptome in die Repertorisierung.

Durch die Verwendung von Q-Potenzen konnte zudem die Stabilität des Behandlungseffekts verbessert werden. Diese Maßnahmen ermöglichten schließlich ein positives Resultat der Doppelblindstudie zu Gunsten der Homöopathie.

Abstract

In order to cope with the rigorous scientific testing of homeopathy in the Bernese ADHD-double-blind-study, modifications of the homeopathic diagnostic procedure were introduced to rise the efficiency of homeopathic prescriptions.

1. Unreliable symptoms were identified by means of a general questionnaire, and then consequently excluded from the repertorisation.

2. The analysis of polar symptoms was developed to cope with the frequent problem of unilateral symptomatology.

3. The inclusion of the symptoms and modalities of perception led to a further rise in the precision of prescription.

In addition, the change from single doses to Q-potencies enhanced the stability of the treatment effect further. Only due to these modifications it was possible to reach a positive result in favour of homeopathy in the double blind study.
