Zusammenfassung
Nach wiederholten Supinations- bzw. Inversionstraumata kommt es oft zu chronischer Instabilität. Die physiotherapeutische Standardbehandlung umfasst meist koordinative Übungen auf Kreiseln, Kippbrettern, Matten und Trampolinen. Die Literaturstudie sucht nach Evidenz für eine prophylaktische Wirkung von Koordinationstraining bei wiederholten Supinationstraumata.
Abstract
Repeated lateral ankle sprains often lead to chronic ankle instability. Standard physiotherapeutic treatment often includes coordination exercise using rocker boards and wobble boards, mats as well as trampolines. This literature review searches for evidence for a prophylactic impact of coordination training in patients with repeated ankle sprains.
