Abstract

ABSTRACT

A case of congenital absence of pericardium associated with a right-sided diaphragmatic hernia is described. The diagnosis of pericardial defect was made intraoperatively. The surgical approach to repair the pericardium and diaphragmatic hernia is also discussed.
