Introduction
Congenital ureteral valves are a rare cause of ureteral obstruction. Fifty-two cases have been described in the literature. Only three cases of associated contralateral renal agenesis have been reported. We report a new case and discuss the epidemiologic, etiologic, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of congenital ureteral valves.
