Zusammenfassung
Multiple ischämische Sehbahnläsionen können eine Vielfalt komplexer Gesichtsfeldausfälle verursachen; ihre Analyse ist speziell bei negativem Computertomogramm von wesentlicher diagnostischer Bedeutung. Die Perimetrie wird häufig durch ein begleitendes organisches Psychosyndrom des Patienten erschwert.
Summary
Multiple ischemic lesions of the optic pathways may cause a number of complex visual field defects; their analysis is of substantial diagnostic significance, especially if the computer tomogram is negative. Perimetry is often complicated by an accompanying organic psychosyndrome.
