Vaginale Mooranwendungen bei chronischer Salpingitis

Summary

Objective: The effectiveness of vaginal mud application in cases of chronic salpingitis is to be proved.

Subjects: 42 patients with chronic salpingitis were treated with vaginal mud application.

Design: The results were retrospectively evaluated.

Results: 78% of the patients showed an objective recovery. To reach the results, 10 to 30 treatments were necessary. Nearly all patients tolerated the treatment and had the feeling of recovery.

Conclusions: It was shown that vaginal mud application represents a valuable therapy for chronic salpingitis.

Kurzfassung

Ziel: Die Wirksamkeit der vaginalen Mooranwendung bei der chronischen Salpingitis soll überprüft werden.

Gegenstand: Es wurden daher 42 Patientinnen mit chronischer Salpingitis mit vaginaler Moortherapie behandelt.

Gestaltung: Es erfolgte eine retrospektive Auswertung der Ergebnisse.

Ergebnisse: Bei 78% der Patientinnen zeigte sich eine objektive Besserung des Palpationsbefundes. Dazu waren 10-30 Behandlungen notwendig. Die Verträglichkeit und das Gefühl der subjektiven Besserung lagen bei nahezu 100%.

Schlußfolgerung: Es zeigte sich, dass die vaginale Mooranwendung eine wertvolle Behandlungsmöglichkeit der chronischen Salpingitis darstellt.
