Kernaussagen

  • Operationen bei Frühgeborenen sind häufig, daher ist eine gute Kenntnis zur perioperativen Betreuung erforderlich.

  • Die Physiologie des Früh- und Neugeborenen unterscheidet sich von der Physiologie aller anderen Lebensalter und weist eine hohe Variabilität auf. Diese muss jeder kennen, der Frühgeborene perioperativ betreut.

  • Eine sichere perioperative Betreuung ist auch für kleine Frühgeborene aufgrund der zur Verfügung stehenden Anästhesieverfahren, kinderchirurgischer Technik und neonatologischer Intensivmedizin möglich.

  • Kenntnisse von Komplikationen in der prä-, intra- und postoperativen Phase sowie während des Transportes zum OP müssen vorhanden sein.

  • Die Führung und Einbeziehung der Eltern hat einen hohen Stellenwert für den Behandlungserfolg.

  • Ein optimales Ergebnis lässt sich nur durch Zusammenarbeit von Kinderchirurgen, Anästhesisten, neonatologischen Intensivmedizinern und geburtshilflichem Team erzielen.
