ABSTRACT
This panel on secondary rhinoplasty offers a perspective on dorsal augmentation, inadequate tip projection, and lengthening of the overrotated short nose. Each surgeon discusses his preference of graft replacement materials and describes how he attains his best results with use of these graft substitutes.
