„Wait-and-see“ bei WAD?
Ein Schleudertrauma führt oftmals zu Kopf- und Nackenschmerzen, Steifigkeitsgefühlen und Bewegungseinschränkungen. Aber auch massive Konzentrationsstörungen, Schwindel und Augenprobleme können posttraumatisch imponieren und die Betroffenen verängstigen. Weil viele WAD-Symptome mit der Zeit abklingen, stellt sich die Gretchenfrage, ob eine physiotherapeutische Intervention überhaupt sinnvoll ist? Oder reicht es aus, einfach nur abzuwarten und Tee zu trinken?
