SOP Perorale endoskopische Myotomie (POEM) bei Achalasie

Die Achalasie hat neben starken Einschränkungen der Lebensqualität erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Morbidität und Mortalität der betroffenen Patienten [1]. Mit der peroralen endoskopischen Myotomie (POEM) hat sich in den letzten Jahren eine minimalinvasive Behandlungsmöglichkeit etabliert, die erfolgversprechende Daten zeigt – auch im Langzeit-Follow-up.
