Zusammenfassung

Viele Eltern jugendlicher Sportler fürchten M. Osgood-Schlatter. Das ist verständliche, denn nicht selten werden die Beschwerden chronisch und beenden vorzeitig die sportliche Laufbahn Heranwachsender. Umso wichtiger, dass Physiotherapeuten die Ursachen, mögliche Komplikationen und geeignete Maßnahmen kennen, um Betroffenen die Rückkehr zum Sport zu ermöglichen.
