Der weibliche Beckenboden im Sport

Teil l: Belastungsinkontinenz – (k)ein Problem?

Aus Studien weiß man, dass eine erhebliche Anzahl weiblicher Athleten Probleme damit hat, beim Sporttreiben den ungewollten Abgang von Urin zu verhindern. Doch immer noch ist die Belastungsinkontinenz im Sport ein Tabuthema. Es wird höchste Zeit, mit mehr Aufklärung und geeigneten Maßnahmen betroffenen Frauen zu helfen.
