Endoskopische Eingriffe während der Schwangerschaft stellen naturgemäß immer Ausnahmen von der Routine dar. Insbesondere bei dringlichen Maßnahmen am Gallenwegssystem sind pflegerische und medizinische Besonderheiten zu beachten. Da es sich dabei fast immer um Komplikationen des Gallensteinleidens handelt, sollen diese Besonderheiten hier anhand eines Behandlungsfalls besprochen werden.
