Die Therapiemöglichkeiten bei Achalasie – Ballondilata-tion, Botulinumtoxin-Injektion und Heller'sche Myotomie – werden durch die neue, minimalinvasive Option der peroralen endoskopischen Myotomie (POEM) ergänzt, die nun auf dem Prüfstand steht.
