Zusammenfassung
Intraovarielle Leiomyome sind relativ selten und ihre Pathogenese wird kontrovers diskutiert. Wir berichten über eine 33-jährige Patientin, die sich mit der Verdachtsdiagnose Teratom am linken Ovar in unserer Klinik vorstellte. Bei einem bereits bekannten Myom des Uterus wurde laparoskopisch die Enukleation von zwei uterinen Myomen sowie die Entfernung der ovariellen Raumforderung durchgeführt. Die intraoperativ gestellte Verdachtsdiagnose intraovarielles Myom wurde histopathologisch bestätigt. Ätiopathogenese und Klinik dieser Entität werden anhand eines Überblicks über die Literatur diskutiert.
Abstract
Leiomyomas of the ovary are relatively rare and their origin is still controversial. We report the case of a 33-year-old woman who presented to our department with a suspected teratoma of the left ovary. As it was already known that she had a myoma of the uterus, we laparoscopically enucleated two uterine leiomyomas and resected the suspicious ovarian tumor. Histological examination led to the diagnosis of ovarian leiomyoma. Etiopathogenesis and histology of this tumor are discussed and a review of literature is given.
