Wichtige Differenzialdiagnosen bei Hüft- und Beckenschmerzen

Zusammenfassung

Schmerzen in der Hüft- und Beckenregion sind klinisch oft nur wenig spezifisch. Während der Nachweis offensichtlicher Frakturen oder Gelenkdestruktionen mit Röntgenbildern von Hüfte oder Becken vergleichsweise einfach möglich ist, müssen auch seltenere Krankheitsbilder zuverlässig diagnostiziert werden. Sie sind Thema dieses Beitrags.

Abstract

Pain around the groin and pelvis is often unspecific and multifactorial. Establishing the correct diagnosis can be rather straightforward in trauma cases and in patients with severe osteoarthritis. By contrast the focus of the underlying article is to elucidate the diagnosis of rare conditions which can be challenging.
