Frontal betonte Hemikranie und homolaterale Mydriasis

Zusammenfassung

Beschrieben wird eine neurologische Notfallsituation einer 58-jährigen Patientin mit akuter Anisokorie und homolateraler Kopfschmerzsymptomatik. Nach neurologischer und augenärztlicher Diagnostik fand sich als seltene Differenzialdiagnose der unilateralen Mydriasis eine lokale Intoxikation mit den Tropanalkaloiden der Engelstrompete (Brugmansia spp.), die in Komorbidität mit einer Migräneattacke eine neurologische Notfallklinik imitierte.

Abstract

The neurological emergency situation of a 58-year-old female patient with acute anisocoria and homolateral headache symptoms is described. After neurological and eye-medical diagnostics, a local intoxication with the tropane alkaloids of the angel's trumpet (Brugmansia spp.) was the rare differential diagnosis of unilateral mydriasis, which imitated a neurological emergency situation in comorbidity with a migraine attack.
