Significance
An efficient cross-coupling of arenediazonium salts under mild conditions is described. A variety of alkyl, aryl, and heteroaryl substituents on the alkyne substrate can be employed and many useful functionalities including ketones, esters, and nitriles on the arenediazonium salt are tolerated.
