Significance
In this paper, a highly efficient protocol for iridium-catalyzed enantioselective intramolecular allylic amidation reaction was developed. The desired tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives as well as other saturated nitrogen-containing heterocycles were obtained with excellent enantioselectivities.
