Zusammenfassung

Endoleaks sind eine häufige Komplikation nach endovaskulärer Aneurysmareparatur (EVAR) der infrarenalen Bauchaorta und die Hauptursache für sekundäre Interventionen. Die klinische Bedeutung, Diagnostik, und interventionelle Therapie der verschiedenen Endoleak-Typen werden in dem vorliegenden Artikel unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Entwicklungen vertiefend dargestellt. Zudem werden praktische interventionelle Tipps und Tricks vermittelt.
