Significance
A highly efficient, general, and mild catalytic system for asymmetric cyclopropanation of electron-deficient olefins using a chiral Co(II)-porphyrin complex is presented. A variety of electron-withdrawing groups on the olefin are tolerated, even as part of di- or trisubstituted olefins.
