Zusammenfassung

Im Kindes- und Jugendalter ist der Morbus Dupuytren eine extrem seltene Erkrankung. Wie im Erwachsenenalter sind vorwiegend männliche Patienten betroffen. Wir berichten über ein 7-jähriges Mädchen mit einem Dupuytrenstrang über dem 4. Strahl in der Hohlhand.

Abstract

Dupuytren’s disease in childhood and adolescence is extremely rare. As in adults most patients are male. We report on a girl at the age of 7 years with a cord in the palm.
