Fallbericht: Akutes Karpaltunnelsyndrom mit Prolaps des Nervus medianus

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über ein akutes Karpaltunnelsyndrom einer 80-jährigen mit Prolaps des Nervus medianus in eine Lücke der Unterarmfaszie nach Schnittverletzung in der Kindheit einerseits und Chondrokalzinose des Handgelenks andererseits.

Abstract

We report a case of an 80-year-old woman with an acute carpal tunnel syndrome. This was based on an acute episode of chondrocalcinoses and accompagnied by a prolaps of the median nerve into a gap of the forearm fascia as result of a cut injury in childhood.
