Zusammenfassung
Balintgruppenleiter aus der IBF waren wieder eingeladen, die 4. Internationale Balinttagung
in Peking/China mit zu gestalten und dort Gruppen zu leiten, sowie Leiterseminare
durchzuführen. Balintarbeit ist in China gut angenommen worden und wird als Hilfe
im schwierigen Alltag der Ärzte gesehen. In den letzten Jahren hat die Gewalt gegen
Ärzte zugenommen. Der Artikel geht auf die Hintergründe dieser Entwicklung ein. Hierbei
spielt die Veränderung der Chinesischen Gesellschaft mit den rasanten Entwicklungen
in Wirtschaft und Technik, aber auch die Veränderung der gesellschaftlichen Struktur
eine wesentliche Rolle. Balintarbeit dient dem Verständnis dieser Herausforderungen
und der gegenseitigen Unterstützung im Gesundheitssystem.
Abstract
Balintgroup leaders from the International Balint Federation (IBF) were invited to
Beijing/China again to take part in the 4th International Balint Workshop, to lead Balintgroups and offer leadership training.
Balint work is well accepted in China and welcome as support for medical people in
a difficult everyday work situation. During the last years violence especially against
medical doctors increased in a dramatic way. The article discusses the background
of this development. The changes in economy and technical progress as well as in the
social structure play an important role. Balintwork serves to understand the new challenges
and to foster mutual support in the healthcare system.
