Zusammenfassung

Auswirkungen des Plattfußes auf die untere Extremität und Laufverletzungen – Wie wirkt sich ein Plattfuß auf Laufverletzungen aus, oder sollte man besser fragen: „Ist der Plattfuß die Ursache allen Übels?“ Die genaue Literaturrecherche zeigt viele Aspekte der Verletzungen der unteren Extremität auf. Und gerade der Plattfuß als ein Faktor für Laufverletzungen kann therapeutisch mit Übungen und auch mit Einlagen sehr gut konservativ behandelt werden.
