Significance
Substituted anilines and heterocyclic amines are important intermediates and target molecules in organic synthesis. The herein reported method allows the preparation of a broad range of mono-, di- and triaryl and heteroarylamines, including those bearing a halide group or very bulky substituents, which are difficult to prepare by common Pd-catalyzed amination techniques. Primary, secondary and tertiary amines are readily available by this protocol with excellent functional group compatibility.
