Zusammenfassung.

Das Nierenzellkarzinom führt häufig zu Spätmetastasen, die charakteristischerweise Jahre nach dem Primärtumor oft in ungewöhnlichen Lokalisationen auftreten. Nur selten handelt es sich hierbei um Solitärmetastasen, die einer chirurgischen Therapie zugänglich sind. Es werden zwei Patienten mit solitären Spätmetastasen im Pankreas 20 beziehungsweise 25 Jahre nach Nephrektomie wegen eines Nierenzellkarzinoms sowie eine Patientin mit einer solitären Spätmetastase in der Milz 25 Jahre nach Nephrektomie dargestellt, die durch Pankreasresektion beziehungsweise Splenektomie behandelt wurden.

Renal carcinoma often leads to late metastases which typically appear years after the primary tumour often in unusual localisations. Only rarely they are solitary metastases which can be treated surgically. Two patients are presented with late solitary metastases in the pancreas respectively 20 and 25 years after nephrectomy for renal carcinoma, and one patient with a late solitary metastasis in the spleen 25 years after nephrectomy. They were treated by pancreas resection or splenectomy.
