Zusammenfassung
Für die Bewertung des Zusatznutzens nach § 35a SGB V gelten besondere Anforderungen,
die nur zum Teil mit den Anforderungen der Zulassung vergleichbar sind. Das Verständnis
der zu Grunde gelegten Maßstäbe und deren Zielsetzung hilft, die differenzierten Entscheidungen
zum Zusatznutzen nachzuvollziehen und von der Arzneimittelzulassung abzugrenzen. Das
Verfahren der frühen Nutzenbewertung und die festgelegten Entscheidungsgrundlagen
sind nachfolgend erläutert.
Abstract
For the assessment of added benefit according to Section 35a SGB V, special requirements
apply that are only partially comparable with requirements for marketing authorization.
The understanding of the standards on which the benefit assessment is based and their
objective helps to follow the differentiated decisions on the added benefit and to
recognize the distinction from drug approval. The procedure of the early benefit assessment
and the decision-making principles are explained below.
