Significance
A symmetric acceptor-acceptor-donor-donor-acceptor-acceptor system composed of C60-Co-TTF-Co-C60 is presented. This sort of π-conjugated linear donor-acceptor arrays are relevant building blocks for applications in organic thin-film devices and crystalline organic electronic devices.
