Significance
The development of a new efficient enantioselective nickel-catalyzed sp-sp3 cross-coupling reaction between alkynylindium reagents and racemic secondary benzyl bromides is reported. The corresponding products are obtained in moderate to good yields and enantioselectivities using a commercially available catalytic system.
