Significance
The marine macrolide neopeltolide shows cytotoxicity against A-549 human lung adenocarcinoma, the NCI-ADR-RES human ovarian sarcoma and P388 murine leukemia cell lines. It also inhibits the growth of the fungal pathogen Candida albicans.
