Significance

The Suzuki-Miyaura reaction of aryl chlorides and bromides with phenylboronic acid promoted by palladium catalysts with Dendriphos ligands (1-3) was described. Tsuji and co-workers also reported similar catalytic systems (Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2008, 47, 8310).
