Suzuki-Miyaura Coupling with Sulfur-Modified Gold-Supported Palladium

Significance
A sulfur-modified, gold-supported palladium catalyst (SAPd) was applied to ten consecutive runs for the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of ten different aryl iodides with phenylboronic acid to give the corresponding biaryls in up to >99% yield (eq. 1). SAPd was also used for ten consecutive runs for the reaction of phenyliodide with ten different arylboronic acids to give the corresponding biaryls in up to >99% yield (eq. 2).
