Significance

The palladium-catalyzed asymmetric amination of 2,3-allenyl phosphates with amines, hydroxylamines and imides afforded the 1-aminated product with high enantioselectivity in moderate to excellent yields. Use of SEGPHOS or MeOBIPHEP as the chiral ligand resulted in the best enantioselectivities.
