Significance
Alkenes and aminoalkenes undergo an efficient gold-catalyzed oxyarylation with alcohols, carboxylic acids, and water as oxygen nucleophiles. Moreover, the arylboronic acid component was modified and functional groups like esters and aldehydes are tolerated under the reaction conditions.
